WoD - Mix Competitor training + officiel


1. Squats
7×5 Front Squats

2. Power Cleans
EMOMx7: 3 TnG Power Cleans, start at 60% under your 1RM and add 5% each minute.
(=>60/65/70/75/80/85/90)

3. WoD CF officiel

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
185-lb. hang power cleans, 3 reps (Je scale à 70Kg)
6 strict ring dips
9 box jumps, 30-inch
27 double-unders
