Movement 1 – 10 Burpees
Movement 2 – 10 Toes to bar
Movement 3 – 10 Box Jump over (Very High)
Movement 4 – Deadlift 3 réps (As heayy as possible)

30 Seconds Bird Dog Left + Right
30 Seconds Front Plank, Left Plank, Right Plank
30 Seconds Rest
